Traditional Japanese Sweets Making
Morishita Shofuan is an old confectionery that makes traditional “wagashi” Japanese sweets for the different seasons. In this activity, you can try making your own wagashi! You will make three kinds of sweets made with local Hokkaido ingredients.
After making the sweets, you can enjoy them right there with Japanese tea, or take them home as a souvenir.
