Ichigensha is run by a bread baker and his grandparents. The shop uses Hokkaido wheat flour as well as eggs and other ingredients from local farms. Their product lineup includes a voluminous but finely textured bread loaf, and a wide variety of filled breads. On weekends, they also sell Danish pastries filled with local vegetables or homemade jam. Their popular shaved ice dessert has even been featured in TV and magazines.
