Morishita Shofuan
Established in 1950, this old confectionery sells a variety of cakes and sweets. They make use of red bean paste from Hokkaido adzuki beans and brown sugar from Okinawa. Their flagship product is a karinto manju that has been deep-fried to a fragrant crisp.
